Clay Aiken & Kelly Clarkson American Idol's Kelly Clarkson and Clay Aiken will tour together starting next month. No dates have been announced, but ClayAiken.com has more details.

Ozzy Knows Best: Rocker Ozzy Osbourne says he's canceling an upcoming British concert tour to give himself more time to recover from his life-threatening all-terrain vehicle accident. At least we think that's what he said. If you thought it was hard understanding him before, imagine the vocal hieroglyphics when the pain pills kick in!

Get ratings, or get the axe: The Wayne Brady Show has been cancelled. The two-time Daytime Emmy Award winner will continue production through May.

Axe redux: NBC pulled the plug on Crossing Over with John Edward earlier this week. So if you wanna make contact with it after it's gone, you'll need the help of, well, John Edward!

What's the significance of the name of Britney Spears' upcoming tour (The Onyx Hotel Tour)? Apparently, it's something having to do with "light" and "mystery." Maybe you can make heads or tails of the explanation on her website.

Britney Spears' record label has reportedly postponed plans to release her next single ("Toxic") until March 1st, fearing that her recent marriage/annulment will hurt sales.

Beyonce Knowles has decided to concentrate on making a Destiny's Child this year and has scrapped plans to release another solo album before the next group effort, as previously reported. The group hits the studio in March.

Evanescence front woman Amy Lee has started writing songs for the group's next album. You have to wonder if she'll try and explain the mysterious departure from the group of guitarist Ben Moody. As Lee herself says, "A lot of what's happened starts to make sense when you put it into the context of a song."

Wow! Elvis Presley would've been 69 years old today. That's a lot candles in that jelly donut.

Michael Jackson's New Home Beverly Hills, 9021-Oh No, Look Who Just Moved In! During his recent 60 Minutes interview, Michael Jackson said the police search of his Neverland Ranch had tainted his residence. So Jackson has rented a $20 million hillside estate in Beverly Hills and moved in with his three children.

The almost "Britney Alexander" has changed the name of her upcoming tour. Originally, Britney Spears was naming it after her current album, In The Zone. With no explanation, it's been changed to the Onxy Hotel Tour.

Ever since that wacky quickie marriage and annulment, the Britney Spears statue at the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in Las Vegas has become a hot tourist attraction. It's said to look just like her. It should--some of the parts on both are made from the same material!

And producers of the NBC drama Las Vegas want Britney Spears to appear on their show. Better yet, tell her she can do it. Fifty-five hours later say she can't.

Madonna has posted a lengthy message on her website urging her fans to vote for Gen. Wesley Clark in the upcoming presidential primaries.

Word is U2's Bono recorded a song with Jennifer Lopez last year that he wrote about the global AIDS crisis in hopes that the NFL would let them perform it at the Superbowl during halftime. The league has turned down the offer, saying halftime is about entertainment, not world issues.

Outkast got the most nominations in music categories for the upcoming NAACP Image Awards. The popular rap duo is up for six trophies, to be handed out March 11th on FOX.

Outkast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is the first number one album of the new year. That's its fifth non-consecutive week at the top of the Billboard charts.

The track list is set for Norah Jones' sophomore album, in stores February 10th. Billboard.com has more info.

Green Day is putting the finishing touches on their first new album in more than three years.

Recording artist (and Kid Rock DJ) Uncle Kracker will open for country superstar Kenny Chesney on tour this summer.

The Apprentice, the new reality show where contestants compete to win a high-paying job working for Donald Trump, debuts tonight on NBC.

Courtney Cox Arquette Courtney Cox Arquette is expecting her first child. The Friends co-star and her husband, actor David Arquette, have talked publicly about their struggles to have children. They recently said they were trying in-vitro fertilization.

Jason Allen Alexander, "Mr. Britney Spears" for 55 hours, now has an agent to field future book and TV offers. He's been offered a million dollars for the videotape showing the now infamous and doomed exchanging of the vows.

The inevitable media scrutiny of Jason Allen Alexander following his quickie marriage to Britney Spears has a lot of sources describing him as "a good kid who like to party." Check out this VH1 report.

And while we're talking about partying too hard: Insiders say Britney Spears has gotten sick on three occasions since Thanksgiving while out on the town. Her parents are scheduling a sit-down to talk with the pop star. (If your parents have to schedule a sit-down, you could be letting things get out of control.)

Last item on this topic today: There's a rumor going around that Britney Spears didn't make the decision to get the annulment. Her manager and lawyer advised her that being married would be bad for her career. Seems to me bad singing and predictable songs are what's bad for her career!

Celine Dion made a tear-filled acceptance speech in which she thanked her recently-deceased father yesterday as they unveiled her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Singer Daniel Bedingfield has posted a message on his website about his recovery from a car crash Friday night in New Zealand: "I've seen pictures of the car and feel blessed to have gotten out of there at all."

Saturday Night Live has lined up some more top-notch musical guests. Black Eyed Peas perform this weekend. Jennifer Aniston hosts. 50 Cent appears January 17th Jessica Simpson and hubby Nick Lachey host (if they can find New York City).

Britney Spears & Jason Allen Alexander People are still buzzing about Britney Spears' impromptu Vegas marriage over the weekend and quick annulment on Monday. The union clocked in at 55 hours from start to finish--even J-Lo can't top that the marriage-phobia of that one!

Another couple was waiting to get married as Britney Spears and Jason Allen Alexander walked down the aisle at 5:30 a.m. Saturday. (5:30 a.m.? Don't these people have money to lose, or toilets to throw up in?) Word is the couple snapped some pics of the "wedding" and they could be worth $100,000 if they sell them to a tabloid.

The owner of the Little White Wedding Chapel, where Britney Spears' quickie nuptials took place, has reportedly been offered a million dollars for the wedding videotape by two different tabloids.

Insiders say that while Jason Allen Alexander, the almost "Mr. Spears," has been putting on a brave face for reporters, he's heartbroken the singer didn't take their stroll on the aisle seriously.

Houston-native Beyonce Knowles has been picked to sing the national anthem at the upcoming Superbowl which will be played in her hometown.

Michael Jackson's attorney has a new defense for his star client: that Michael Jackson was traveling and wasn't there on the dates the alleged molestation took place. Of course, if were talking about his mental state, Michael hasn't "been there" for years!

Which artists did fans spend the most money on last year. Adding together revenues from concert tickets and album sales, the top three were: Bruce Springsteen ($132.8 million); 50 Cent ($125 million); and Celine Dion ($119.5 million).

Interpret this as you will: Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown spent both Christmas and New Year's Eve apart.

Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane will reprise their Broadway roles in the The Producers for a big screen version set for filming and release in 2005. If you're keeping score at home, that would make this a movie version of a Broadway musical originally based on a movie.

Who caught the bridal bouquet at Natalie Imbruglia's New Year's Eve wedding? None other than singer Kylie Minogue.

Sore loser? Kelly Clarkson reportedly did not congratulate Norway's Kurt Nilsen after he beat her for World Idol honors last week.

Singer Ashanti has been cast in her first movie, Coach Carter, a basketball flick starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Britney Spears: 2003 MTV VMAs What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas: Britney Spears married a childhood friend, Jason Allen Alexander in Las Vegas Saturday night in what's being called a "joke that went too far." A Nevada judge annulled the marriage today.

Rocker Knows Best: America's favorite TV dad, Ozzy Osbourne, says he's given up riding all-terrain vehicles for good following the nasty spill last month that he acknowledges could've killed or paralyzed him.
