R. Kelly Photos of R. Kelly allegedly having sex with an underage girl cannot be used in the child porn court case against him a judge ruled today, saying the digital images were seized illegally. Next up on R. Kelly's to-do list: "buy a lotto ticket."

Previously-eliminated American Idol contestants George Huff, Jennifer Hudson, Leah LaBelle and John Peter Lewis are back in the competition--selected in last night's Wildcard Show.

I'm not saying one of them sang pretty bad--but Leah LaBelle, you might wanna get in line behind R. Kelly for that lotto ticket!

Paris Hilton is the new face of Guess Jeans, a job previously held by such models as Anna Nicole Smith and Bridget Hall.

Gwen Stefani says the solo album she's working on is starting to shape up as a "dance record." Gwen tells more on the No Doubt website.

It's a fourth straight week on top the Billboard charts for Norah Jones' album Feels Like Home.

The re-released Jessica Simpson album, now featuring some additional tracks and a DVD, jumped from number 16 to number two on the Billboard charts. Sales for her CD jumped 204 percent!

Usher continues to diss Justin Timberlake calling him an "imitator" in a recent interview. Usher's single "Yeah!" tops the Billboard chart for the four straight week.

Pier 1 Imports has dumped Kirstie Alley and hired Queer Eye for the Straight Guy designer Tom Filicia for their new TV ads.

The "clean" version of Janet Jackson's upcoming album Damita Jo will actually have two fewer tracks than the explicit version. The songs "Warmth" and "Moist" apparently didn't "clean up" very well--if you want 'em, make sure you check out which version of the CD you're buying.

Pepsi Smash, the WB's live music show, returns in late May for eight new installments. Usher, Avril Lavigne and Hoobastank are a few of the acts who've signed on to perform.

Will Smith's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, is in a band (who knew?). The group, Wicked Wisdom, has signed on to open for Britney Spears for eight dates in April and May.

Donald Trump will host Saturday Night Live April 3rd. The cast and writers BETTER have a good show ("Kenan Thompson, You're Fired!"). And, the longest job interview ever continues tonight with another episode of The Apprentice.

Janet Jackson Janet Jackson's Boob Boo-Boo, The Aftermath, Part 11,462: The NFL has cancelled plans for another all-star concert to kick off the season. Bon Jovi and Britney Spears were among the performers who gave free concerts the last couple years to celebrate the start of the football season.

White Stripes lead singer Jack White has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault charges for smacking around Von Bondies frontman Jason Stollseimer. White was sentenced to a "time out" while the other kindergartners get to go out and play (actually $750 in fines and court costs, plus anger management classes--but I like my idea better).

Rappers who visit Miami are routinely tailed and video-taped by police, according to the Miami Herald. Police say it's for the rap stars' protection, while critics call the action racist.

Ludacris is set to play a morning show host in American Radio. Filming is set for May.

Advocates for the mentally ill are (bad pun alert!) up in arms about *NSYNC's JC Chasez being pictured in a straightjacket on the cover of his album, Schizophrenia. JC says the title represents the album's mix of styles--and the photo is NOT meant to suggest that schizophrenics are crazy people who need to wear straitjackets.

Rumors of a Madonna tour are spreading fast and furious. Unconfirmed reports say the theme will be a "journey through time," with the show beginning in a 1920s setting--different classic Madonna songs representing different eras. The tour will kick off in May in Los Angeles, according to the speculation.

Menudo is being resurrected by the organization that owns the rights to the name. They plan to hold an open talent search for singers ages 10 to 14 who can deliver a "contemporary hip urban/Latin crossover sound in both English and Spanish."

Twelve million fans watched Sunday night's return of The Sopranos on HBO.

Star Wars geeks who are feeling "without purpose" in the absence of a new "episode" to line up for three months in advance can now buy over-priced merchandise from Lucasfilms at www.StarWarsShop.com.

Idol chatter: Kelly Clarkson's version of Aretha Franklin's "Respect" will be featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming movie Ella Enchanted.

The results of the wildcard show are announced on American Idol tonight, catapulting the last four contestants into the final 12. Each judge selects one--the other is the top viewer vote-getter.

The Passion of the Hung Everybody's favorite American Idol reject, William Hung, has signed with Fuse Music Network and Koch Records, who'll exclusively air his videos and release his debut album, The True Idol, on April 6th. The CD will include Hung interpretations of Ricky Martin's "She Bangs," and "Shake Your Bon Bon," and Elton John's "Rocket Man."

Looks like original star Vin Diesel will be back in the driver's seat for a third The Fast and the Furious movie. Diesel skipped the sequel.

Jack White, the White Stripes singer/guitarist/hot head, is in court today, on trial for misdemeanor assault charges. White's accused of making another musician black and blue.

Martha Stewart reported to her probation officer yesterday where she had to do the standard humiliating procedures (mug shot, urine sample). She finds out June 17th how much time she'll have to serve. And yet O.J. and Osama remain free…

Jay-Z has agreed to perform at a charity concert in England organized by Prince Charles himself. The May festival is expected to attract over 40,000 people.

Anastacia's first album since battling breast cancer will come out overseas March 29th. A North American release date for the self-titled CD has yet to be determined.

Last Comic Can't Stand Ya: Drew Carey and Brett Butler claim NBC brushed off their opinions as judges on the upcoming second edition of Last Comic Standing. They claim NBC didn't allow the judges' clear favorite to advance to the final ten, but moved forward a contestant that bombed.

Hot producer Kanye West, riding high on the charts with his own album The College Dropout, has just put the finishing touches on the first single--a song called "Talk About Out Love"--from the upcoming Brandy album.

Rocker Scott Stapp is recording a solo album with hip-hop producer 7 Aurelius. "It's going to have some thump in the back and rock over the top of it," the Creed lead singer says.

Rap mogul P. Diddy says his upcoming album PD5 will be his last. It should drop this fall.

The Passion of the Christ Jesus is #1: The Passion of the Christ earned another $51.4 million, topping the weekend box office. Mel Gibson's religious flick has pulled in over $200 million in just 12 days.

The bass player from Three Doors Down has been charged with attacking a paper boy who accused the rocker of taking three newspapers but only paying for one from a vending machine at a Cheap-O-Deep-O convenience store in Mississippi. He was cheap-o, now he's in deep-o!

On the other hand, who hasn't done that before (snagged an extra newspaper from the machine)?

She's already stolen the hearts of the entire male population. Now Beyonce Knowles is set to play another kind of thief--a jewel thief--in the upcoming remake of The Pink Panther.

Outkast was named Outstanding Duo or Group at Saturday night's NCAAP Image Awards. Big Ruben Studdard won Best New Artist.

Luther Vandross won four NCAAP Image Awards, including Best Male Artist, Best Music Video, Best Song and Best Album. Vandross did not attend.

Janet Jackson still claims it wasn't planned, telling Ebony magazine that the boob seen 'round the world was a "costume accident." Yeah, and it was an "accident" when I replayed it 42 times on my TiVo!

Anastacia returned triumphantly to the stage Saturday with her first performance since undergoing the breast cancer surgery last year that saved her life. The singer performed "Heavy On My Heart" at the Echo Awards in Germany.

Britney Spears' song "Toxic" is number one--in Britain.

Christina Aguillera hits the road again beginning May 13th, this time touring with Chingy. They'll be playing these 29 North America cities.

Director Spike Lee plans to make a movie starring basketball phenom LeBron James.

Word is Nelly's third album drops this summer.

NBC airs one of those juicy, behind-the-scenes, all-the-dirt exposes tonight. Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Charlie's Angels is all about the original 70s TV show.
